KERABU EPAL HIJAU

green apples - shredded
red chillie - sliced
onion - quartered n sliced
carrot - shredded
mint leaves - tak letak tak de stock ganti parsely
black pepper
olive oil
lemon juice
cuka apple
salt and sugar to taste
seseme for garnishing (kacang tumbuk)

Mix shredded green apples, red chillie, onion, carrot and mint leaves/parsely in a bowl.
Mix lemon juice, cuka apple, salt, sugar, black pepper and olive oil. Pour the dressing into the vegetables and set aside for 15 minutes. garnish with some crushing penu and ready to serve
