HANITH LAMB

Hanith Lamb




Sup daging
750 g kambing (bertulang)
2 pcs bay leave
1 inch halia- diketuk sikit
1 biji bawang besar- belah 4
2 ulas bawng putih – diketuk sikit
1 btg cinnamom stick
5 kuntum bunga cengkih
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp black paper
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 biji fresh tomato- buang kulit & di dadu besar
1 biji loomy( limau kering)- optional-tak letak pon tak per saja nak rasa masam, just gantikan ngan 1/2 biji jus lemon.
* Garam secukup rasa
Air secukupnya untuk merebus daging
Masukkan semua bahan ni dalam pressure cooker kecuali bahan * , rebus hingga daging benar- benar lembut dan empuk. Last sekali masukkan garam dan rebus lagi selama 5-7 minit. Ketepikan

Nasi

2 cups basmathi- cuci, rendam ngan 1 tbsp garam selam 30 minit & toskan
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp yellow food coloring
1 ketul kiub kambing MAGGI..kalu tak de amik air sup kat atas sikit buat rasa
3 kuntum bunga cengkih*
A pinch of cardamom powder..kalu tak de letak 2 biji jer*
1 btg kulit kayu manis*
1 tsp cumin powder*
1/3 tsp Arabic mixed spices
3 tbsp minyak masak
1/2 tsp rose water
Air secukupnya sbb ikut jenis beras kan..
Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, masukkan bahan bertanda, tumis sekejap. Masukkan tomato paste dan pewarna, biarkan selama 1 minit. Masukkan beras dan goring hingga semua bersalut selama 1 minit dan amsukkan air panas secukupnya. Bila dah mendidih masukkan rose water dan gemburkan sedikit. Tanak seperti biasa..

Maraq

1 biji bawang besar sederhan- di dadu kecil
2 ulas bawang putih- dadu kecil
100 ml tomato paste
1/3 cmt Arabic mixed spices
1/4 cmt cumin powder
Pinch of cardamom
1-2 cmb minyak masak
Air secukupnya
Garam secukup rasa
1 kib pati ayam/lembu. kambing MAGGI
Sedikit fresh coriander untuk tabur
Sayur pilihan (kentang* @ carrot* @ terung*-dadu medium @ kacang bendhi @ kacang buncis)- ikut taste korang atau campur 2-3 jenis sayo di atas pon ok tapi jangan banyak pulak
Tumiskan bawang hingga naik bau, msukkantomato paste, Arabic mixed spices, cardamom dan cumin powder..goreng selama 1-2 minit dan masukkan air serta syuran pilihan anda. Bila sayuran dah masak/ empuk masukkan garam dan kiub MAGGI. Renehkan selama 5-7 minit dan taburkan sedikit fresh corainder jika ada dan tutupkan api.

Salsa tomato

1 biji fresh tomato- buang kulit
1 biji bawang besar- medium saize
1 biji capsicum hijau/ cili hijau/ cilia pi-ikut suka
Jus lemon ikut kemasman yg di ingini
Garam secukup rasa
Blend semua bahan hingga hancur dan simpan dalam peti sejuk

Lamb


1 tbsp cumin powder- kalu letak 2 tbsp pon ok gak
1 tsp serbuk kunyit..saya letak 1/2 tsp jer kureng kuning..
1 tsp coriander powder
1tsp Arabic mixed spices
1-2 tbsp minyak masak
Letakka kesemua daging yang direbus tadi ke atas aluminium foil (aluminium foil tu kena double /tripel supaya tak koyak..ok)..lumurkan dengan ke semua bahan di atas hingga ok, masukkan sedikit air sup tadi (di atas), dalam 1/3 cawan dan tutup aluminium foil rapat- rapat dan bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan dengan api yang paling kuat selam 10-15 minit jer.

Tarararrararaaaa siap…………. Masa untuk bersantap, hidangkan semua ni bersama salad pilihan anda. Selamat mencuba dan jangan lupa bagi komen..

Note:- Nampak jer susah dan renyah..tapi percayalah sedap dan senang kalu ikut steps saya ni..
1)rebus daging/sup..sementara tunggu daging empuk prepare…
2)nasik.. sementara tunggu nasik masak prepare…
3)maraq.. sementara tunggu maraq masak prepare…
4)salsa
5)bila semua dah ok bakar daging jap dalam oven..
6)Ngap
7)Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..senang hati perut sudah full^_^

  2. saya pun sama mmakan kat mataam saba.memang best.baru balik dari malaysia bulan lepas dah tu teringat ingat plak tu yang sibuk cari resepi dan terjumpa la site nie.INSHAALLAH akan cuba buat,tapi loomy tu puas cari kat sini tak ade sori kat blackburn uk nie tak de kalu kat london manchester ade rasanya takpe la apa yg adele kan?kalu pi umah mak mentua kat london barule bleh cari.tapi ape hal ucapan terima kasih utk resepi nie.JAZAKALLAH KHAIRAN.
