KUBBAH WITH YOGHURT (KIBBEH BIL LABAN)

KUBBAH WITH YOGHURT/KIBBEH BIL LABAN
800g ready made kibbeh
Sauce:-
1/2kg youghurt
1tbsp corn flour disclove with 1/2C water
2 garlic cloves-crushed
1tsp dried mint
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 MAGGI cube
Place youghurt in a saucepan, add MAGGI cube and sisclove with corn flour/water, stir well until troughly mixed.
Heat the sauce on a lower heat unti the youghurt begins to boil, strring continuously. Add the crush garlic and mint, leave to simmer uncover for 7-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bake the kibbeh in a hot oven until slightly golden. Gently put the kibbeh into the hot yoghurt saucepan and serve hot.
