MIX MINI FATAYER ARABI II




MINI FATAYER ARABI II

1camt Dry yeast*
1/2 cmt Gula*
200 Air suam*
2C Tepung gandum
2-3 tbs Virgin olive oil
secubit Garam
Note:-sbb my tepung gandum abis I guna 11/2C tepung gandum & 1/2C tepung roti..kalau guna tepung gandum sepenuhnya pon ok sbb arab guna tepung gandum jer..inti pon leh letak inti karipap..

filing:ke bayam/cis/daging/zaater etc
1) Zaater= green/brown zaater + olive oil
2) Sbanah/bayam=racik bayam halus. Tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga berbau harum, masukkan bayam serta air, masak hingga bayam lembik, masukkan garam secukup rasa & sedikit jus lemon(optional)..sejukkan sblm guna
3) Cis
4) Daging cincang=tumis bawang & garlic hingga berbau harum, masukkan daging cincang, tomato fresh yg dicincang halus, masak hingga kering, masukkan sedikit arabic mix spice/meat spice & garam..sejukkan sblm guna

Masukkan tepung dan garam dalam mangkuk besar.
Buatkan lubang di tengahnya dan masukkan campuran yeast(yeast,gula&air suam) dan minyak zaitun.
Uli hingga mendapat doh yang lembut, kenyal * elastik.
Bila doh dah sebati, lembut dan elastik serta tak melekat di mangkuk adunan,ketepikan & biarkan sehingag ianay naik 2x ganda.
Bila doh dah naik 2X ganda, canai, terap, isikan inti dan bentukkan mengikut citarasa anda...
Sapukan dengan putih telur diatas fatayer & kalau suka boleh sprinkle ngan bijan atau herbatusauda
Bakar selama 5-8 minit(ikut jenis oven & saiz) dalam oven yg tlh dipanaskan suhu oven 200C api atas bawah @ hingga golden.

    1. Walaikumsalam ibh_sue, jangan kata tengok je NAMPAK menyelerakan malah memang menyelerakan..cubalah sbb dah ada My FB friend yg buat kat sedap & ketagih buat pon dah skrg..fo me ok sbb kawen org luar dah terbisa makanan mereka..
