SUP TULANG ALA SIAM

My favourite sup..ala-ala tomyam tapi bukan tomyam..masam- masam gitu look like sup ekor kot:)))..Kalu suka pedas leh ketuk cili padi taruk dalam sup banyak- banyak, kalu demam sure kebah... Memang kemeran kegemaran Lydia sedari di Malaysia dolu- dolu dan selalu buat..Resepi dapat dari mana? Hahahahhaaa..tak tahu dari otak sendiri sesedap rasa. Buat untuk lunch ari ni dan Mr. Hb makan stuffing zuchini/koosa mahashi jer.
Wah!!! betul betul terangkat lah sup ni!!!! Cewah puji sendiri, kalau kita tak puji sapa nak puji..my Mr hb kat umah memamg tak mau makan punya..
Jom layan resepinya kat bawah!!! try tau…. jangan tak try……..

SUP TULANG ALA SIAM
1kg tulang lembu - dipotong sederhana besar
3 batang serai - dititik
1 inchi halia - diketuk sikit
1 inchi lengkuas - diketuk sikit
2 biji tomato - dibelah 4
2-3 helai daun limau purut
air secukupnya
Garam secukup rasa
sedikit minyak untuk menumis
2 kuntum bunga lawang*
3 biji buah pelaga*
3 kuntum bunga cengkih*
1 batang kayu manis*(tumis)
6 biji bawang merah- dimayang halus
3-4 ulas bawang putih - didadu halus
cili padi(jika suka)
1 camt serbuk lada hitam**
1 camb serbuk ketumbar**
1 camt serbuk jintan kasar**
1 cmt serbuk jintan halus**(**dikisar halus)
2 labu bawang besar - dipotong bulat
2 biji kentang sederhana besar di kupas kulit dan dipotong 6
1 batang carrot di potong ikut suka
Hirisan daun sup/daun bawang dan bawang goreng, untuk hiasan

Bersih tulang dan toskan.
Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam periuk, tumis rempah tumis, serai, lengkuas, halia, daun limau purut dan bahan kisar halus hingga harum.
Masukkan tulang, gaul rata dan biarkan selama 5minit.
Masukkan air dan rebus sehingga tulang empuk (guna presure cooker jer).
Masukkan kentang dan carrot, bairkan hingga empuk.
Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan secubit masukkan tomato,serta bawang besar (kalau suka boleh masukkan cili api yang diketuk sedikit) renehkan selama 2 minit lagi dan matikan padi.
Tabur hirisan daun sup/daun bawang dan bawang goreng sebelum dihidangkan. Sedia untuk dinikmati dan juga enak dihirup begitu saja..
Note:- Kalau nak masam add sikit perahan lemon jus.
