PULUT CHICKEN FLOSS
250g beras pulut
1/2cmt garam
1/2C santan pekat
Air secukupnya
1 helai daun pandan
3cmb minyak masak
Chicken floss
Cuci dan rendam pulut semalman.
Toskan pulut dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk tahan microwave.
Masukkan santan pekat, garam, minyak, daun pandan dan air sama paras dengan pulut dan masukkan ke dalam miocrowave dan masak selama 12-15minit.
Setiap 3-4minit keluarkan dan kacau dengan garfu supaya masak sekata.
Hidangkan dengan chicken floss… Selamat Mencuba....
