Pizza Gebu

Dah lama tak buat pizza sejak jalani operation October 2010..Kali ni teringin nak lunch pizza sendiri so projek pertama adalah mengeledah dapo, tengok dulu apa yang ada dan apa yang tak de..
Aduhai...banyak bahan dah kehabisan stok, tak kira nak makan juga punya pasal aku buat- buat tak nampak je dan guna jelah apa saja yang ada asalkan dapat makan pizza sendiri..Inilah hasilnya walau tak cukup bahan make up nye...Pizza ala bidan terjun ku yang gebus..
Bagi nak cuba pizza base gebus jom tengok resepinya..

Tomato Sauce (saya dapat +- 250ml tapi tak guna sumer)
2 cloves of garlic, peeled & finely sliced
1 dry bay leave
1/2tsp dried oregano
600g tins of whole plum tomatoes( tak de yang fresh)
salt to taste
ground black pepper
Fry garlic with some olive oil in a pan then add in oregano and tomatoes. Using the back of the spoon, mash and squash tomatoes as much as you can. Season sauce with salt, pepper and bay leave. Let it simmer at medium low heat. The tomatoes will break into puree. Let it cook for 15 minutes until the mixture puree and dry. Leave to cool and ready to use.

Topping:-
Slices mushroom
Black and green olives (saya ada green je)
Chicken luncheon/ sosej/ paperoni
Capsicum-red/green/yellow
Mozarella cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Olive oil
Pineapple-otional
Onion-optional

Dough:-
200g bread flour
1/2tsp salt
3.5g pizza yeast
5g sugar
163g water
Knead all the ingredients until smooth springy soft dough, cover it with cling film and let it rest until the dough has double in size. Knocking back the dough by kneading and pushing the air out with hand, divide dough into 2 balls and rest for 15 minutes. Roll dough into circles about 0.5cm thick and place on a flour-dusted tin foil then proof for 40 minutes. Place foil together with dough on a pre-warmed flat baking tray. The dough will start to bubble and cook immediately. Then quickly spoon 3 to 4 tbsp of tomato sauce into the middle and spread it out evenly. Add all vegetable, pepperoni etc, top with cheese and season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Place pizza in the 220'C preheated oven & cook for 10 minutes until the pizza base is golden, bubbly and crisp around the edges, tomato and cheese topping is melted. N'joi..
