SHABSUKA

Origin of this dish is southern Turkiye. In hot summer days, Sabsuka with yogurt and garlic sauce and fresh bread for dunking in its juice makes a perfect light dish.Tried this recipe from mummy jam.Sedapppp!! Didn't manage to take the picture because of my computer problem adn I lost some data so i copy n paste from mummy jam webpage. Sorry mummy, i hope U tak marah I... Ingredients:-
300gm mince meat
100-200gm mixed vegetable
2-3 large tomatoes, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 small can tomato puree
3-5 tbsp chilli paste, more if you like it spicy
1 tbsp meat curry
6 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
5 tbsp oil
salt to taste
4-5 large eggs
1 fresh red chilli, thinly sliced
1 fresh green chilli, thinly sliced
scallions and chinese parsley, finely chopped
Mix mince meat, garlic, ginger paste and curry powder and leave it to marinade for 20mins. Heat oil in the wok Add chilli paste and fry it till oil separates Add chopped onions and fry till it turns translucent. Add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, mince meat mixture and salt. Mix them well and let it simmer till the meat is cooked. Add chopped tomatoes, mixed vegetables, fresh chillies, scallions and parsley. Let it simmer and add a bit of water if the mixture gets too dry. Prepare a casserole dish, transfer cooked meat into the dish and pour eggs onto the meat mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10minutes or until the eggs are cooked. Serve hot and eat it with bread or rice .

SHABSUKA
500g daging cincang
4cmb cili paste-ikut taste masing2
2cmb halia*
3cmb bwg putih*-kisar
3cmb tomato puri
4cmb tomato sos
2cmb cili sos
2cmb serbuk jintan halus
1cmt serbuk lada hitam
½C bwg goreng*
4 biji bwg besar-hiris- goreng layu
2 biji tomato-dadu
½C bwg goreng*
daun ketumbar*hiris (sop/bwg)
1btg cili merah dan hijau*-ihiris
Garam/gula secukup rasa
3 - 4 biji telur
ghee/ minyak-menumis
How to prepare:
Panaskan sdkt minyak dlm kuali, tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi.
Masukkan daging.Gaul rata higga daging berubah warna.
Masukkan sos,bhn serbuk,bwg besar dan gaul hingga sebati.
Tambahkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
Masukkan pula ½ bwg goreng dan ½ bhn bertanda * juga tomato, gaul rata.
Masak hingga daging empuk tapi jangan terlalu kering.
Panaskan oven pd suhu 180C.
Tuangkan masakan daging tadi ke dlm baking dish atau mangkuk yg tahan panas.
Taburkan dgn ½ bahagian bahan tabur tadi.
Buat 3-4 lubang berjarak lalu pecahkan telur kedalamnya.
Bakar selama 15 min atau sehingga telur kelihatan masak.
Sajikan ketika panas bersama roti yg dibakar atau roti putih ikut selera.
